GENSED’den yapılan açıklamaya göre, derneğin 7’nci Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı’nda seçilen Özdemir, iki yıl bu görevi sürdürecek.
Dernekte başkan yardımcılığı görevini Umut Gürbüz, Mehmet Doğan, Erhan Akdoğan, Osman Çotuker ve Zeynep Can yapacak, saymanlık görevini ise Fatih Ünal yürütecek.
Genel Kurul Toplantısı’ndan dan sonra yapılan ilk yönetim kurulu toplantısında Özdemir Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı, Halil Demirdağ ise derneğin danışma kurulu başkanı olarak seçildi.
Lisans eğitimini Doğu Akdeniz Üniversitesi Elektrik-Elektronik Mühendisliği’nde tamamlayan Özdemir, Kontek Otomasyon ve Konar Enerji şirketlerinin 25’inci yıl birleşiminden sonra, enerji depolama, otomasyon, taahhüt, enerji verimliliği, solar EPC ve işletme bakım olmak üzere 6 ana operasyonel birimi bulunan Kontek Enerji firmasının Üst Yöneticisi (CEO) olarak görev yapıyor.
