Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı “Yerli Aksam Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik Taslağı”nı görüşe sundu.
Bakanlığın web sitesinden yapılan duyuru:
“28/05/2021 tarihli ve 31494 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de yayımlanan yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Yerli Aksam Yönetmeliğinde değişiklik yapılmasına dair ” Yerli Aksam Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik Taslağı” hazırlanmış olup, Ek-1’de Taslak Metin ve Ek-2’de Karşılaştırma Cetveli olarak yer almaktadır.
Bu kapsamda, yönetmelik taslağı üzerindeki görüş, değerlendirme ve önerilerinizi Ek-3’de verilen Görüş Bildirim Formuna işleyerek 15/05/2023 günü mesai saati bitimine kadar Genel Müdürlüğümüze yazıyla veya yerliaksam@enerji.gov.tr e-posta adresine word dosyası olarak gönderilmesi gerektiği kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.”
