Petrol Ofisi Grubu, Trabzonspor Kadın Futbol Takımı’nın isim ve forma göğüs sponsoru oldu.
Şirketten yapılan açıklamaya göre, Türkiye’de kadın futbolunun bilinirliğinin artması ve yeni kadın sporcuların yetişebileceği güçlü bir alan yaratmayı hedefleyen Petrol Ofisi Grubu, bu misyonla sürdürdüğü yol arkadaşlıklarına bir yenisini daha ekleyerek Trabzonspor Kadın Futbol Takımı ile de bir sponsorluk anlaşması imzaladı.
Açıklamada görüşlerine yer verilen Petrol Ofisi Grubu Üst Yöneticisi (CEO) Mehmet Abbasoğlu kadın futboluna verdikleri desteği güçlendirerek sürdürmekten büyük memnuniyet duyduklarını belirterek,’Türk futbolunun bir diğer değerli markası Trabzonspor’la da bu yolda birlikte yürüyecek olmaktan ötürü çok mutluyuz. Trabzonspor’un kadın futboluna verdiği önem diğer kulüplere de örnek teşkil edecek niteliktedir. Sporun özündeki kapsayıcı ruhu ve yapıcı rekabeti geliştirirken toplumsal cinsiyet eşitliği ekseninde de anlamlı katkılar sağladığına inandığımız bu yol arkadaşlığının yeni nesillere ilham kaynağı olmasını ve yepyeni başarılara vesile olmasını temenni ediyorum.’ ifadelerini kullandı.
Abbasoğlu, kadın futbolunun temiz futbolla özdeşleştiğini ifade ederek, ‘Sponsorlardan kulüp yöneticilerine, teknik ekiplerden taraftar ve medyaya kadar tüm futbol camiasının, kadın futbolcuların ortaya koyduğu azim, profesyonellik ve adanmışlıktan feyz alması gerektiğine inanıyorum.
