ERRA Enerji Yatırım ve Düzenleme Konferansı bu yıl Kazakistan’da!-The 16th ERRA Energy Investment and Regulation Conference will be held in Kazakhstan

Enerji Düzenleyicileri Bölgesel Birliği ERRA, Enerji Yatırım ve Düzenleme Konferansı’nın 16.’sını 25-26 Eylül 2017 tarihlerinde Kazakistan’da gerçekleştiriyor. Konferansa, Doğal Tekellerin Düzenlenmesi ve Kazakistan Rekabetinin Korunması Komitesi tarafından ev sahipliği yapılıyor.

Bu yıl Kazakistan’ın başkenti Astana’da Haziran-Eylül 2017 arasında düzenlenecek olan “EXPO 2017 – Gelecek Enerji” etkinliği kapsamında, enerji ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma ile ilgili bir dizi uluslararası toplantıya ev sahipliği yapılacak. “EXPO 2017-Future Energy-Gelecek Enerji” kapsamında yapılacak toplantılardan biri olan “16. ERRA Enerji Yatırım ve Düzenleme Konferansı”nda, düzenleyici kurumlar ve 4 kıtadaki 50’den fazla ülkeden enerji endüstrisinin diğer paydaşları arasında diyalog kurmak için 2 günlük bir program sunuyor. Konferans, enerji endüstrisinin paydaşlarına en güncel haberleri sunma hedefinin yanında, enerji piyasalarının geliştirilmesi, elektrik, gaz ve yenilenebilir enerji projelerinin düzenlenmesi için gerekli iyileştirmeleri tartışma olanağı sunuyor.

“ERRA tekrar Doğu’ya döndü: Asya’daki İkinci Yatırım Konferansı”

Enerji Düzenleyicileri Bölgesel Birliği (ERRA), başta Avrupa, Asya, Afrika, Ortadoğu ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri olmak üzere bağımsız enerji düzenleyici kurumlardan oluşan gönüllü bir organizasyon. Rusya Federal Antimonopol Servisi (FAS) ERRA’nın tam ve kurucu üyesi. 30 tam, 7 yedek üye ERRA’da ile birlikte çalışıyor.

ERRA bölgesinin üst düzey hizmet düzenleyicileri ile fikir alışverişinde bulunabilecekleri konferans, Astana’nın Talan Kulelerinin bir parçası olan parlak ışıklarının üzerinde bir simge olarak duran Ritz-Carlton Astana Oteli’nde yapılacak. Konferansın açılışı, Kazakistan hükümetinin üst düzey bir temsilcisi tarafından yapılacak.

Petrol ve gaz endüstrisi başta olmak üzere, Orta Asya’nın GSYİH’sının %60’ını oluşturan petrol zengini Kazakistan ve başkenti Astana, genç, fütüristik, iddialı ve iyimser atmosferi ile tanınıyor. Haziran – Eylül 2017 tarihleri arasında “Expo 2017 – Future Energy”ye ev sahipliği yapacak olan ülke, ERRA’nın ana fikrini simgeler nitelikte: “Konferansın Doğu ile Batı arasında bir köprü kurması hedefleniyor”.

Özel Oturum: Konferans programının bir parçası olarak ilk kez özel bir oturum ile misafir ülkenin enerji pazarı tasvir edilecek. ERRA üyesi olmayan ve yeni bir pazar ülkesi olması planlanan misafir ülkenin ismi ilerleyen zamanda açıklanacak.

Kazakhstan will host the “EXPO 2017 – Future Energy” in Astana, which results in a number of international meetings related to energy and sustainable development taking place in the Kazakh capital this year.

One of such gatherings will be the 16th ERRA Energy Investment and Regulation Conference. Other than the EXPO 2017, ERRA’s motivation for the venue is that one of our founding members is the Government of Kazakhstan, namely the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies and Protection of Competition of Kazakhstan.

The ERRA Energy Investment & Regulation Conference offers a 2-day programme which has proved to be an excellent opportunity for a dialogue between the regulators and other stakeholders of the energy industry from more than 50 countries of 4 continents. The conference strives to provide the delegates with latest news in the energy industry and an outstanding occasion for exchange of ideas with high-level utility regulators of the ERRA region.

The delegates use the Conference to engage in discussions about the necessary improvements for the development of energy markets and regulation of electricity, gas and renewables.

The conference will take place in the Ritz-Carlton Astana Hotel. The brand new Ritz Carlton Hotel stands as an icon above the bright lights of Astana being part of the Talan Towers. ERRA goes East again: second Investment Conference in Asia. The conference will be organized in Kazakhstan: a landlocked oil-rich country, generating 60% of Central Asia’s GDP, primarily through its oil/gas industry. Astana is a young, futuristic, ambitious and optimistic capital, rich in signature buildings. Astana is also hosting Expo 2017 – Future Energy between June – September 2017. The venue symbolizes ERRA’s main idea: the Conference is supposed to create a bridge between East and West.

SESSION III: Rethinking Energy: The Role of Renewable Energy in Meeting Climate Change Goals (How Policy Can be Used to Promote Renewables Markets; Mobilizing Investment into Renewables; Impact of Innovation on Renewables)

SESSION IV: The Energy Customer: The Changing Energy Market and its Regulation (Prosumers, End-user Pricing, Changing Role of the DSOs)

Special session: The agenda will feature a new element in 2017. As part of the conference programme ERRA will portray the energy market of a Guest Country. The identity of the Guest Country is under discussion but it will represent a non-ERRA member emerging market country. Watch out for our news!
